Outside of a few achievements, Forza Horizon 5 is not a difficult game if you want to achieve its platinum. However, some trophies might be tricky and complicated to unlock, owing to their prerequisites.
One of these trophies is the ‘How to Race Friends and Influence People’ trophy, which sounds easy on paper. However, it becomes challenging once you understand your task.

How To Collect ‘How to Race Friends and Influence People Trophy’ in Forza Horizon 5
This achievement doesn’t sound very challenging on paper, since all you have to do is obtain three stars in the ‘Tristan’ Chapter of the ‘Born Fast’ Horizon Story.
However, the requirements to actually start this mission can prove quite lengthy. This is because the ‘Tristan’ Chapter is the last chapter of the game, and you must reach Hall of Fame status before unlocking this level.

Firstly, you will need to complete the other seven story missions. The ‘Born Fast’ story can be unlocked after you gain enough Accolade Points. After you complete the other story missions and reach Hall of Fame status, the ‘Tristan’ chapter will get unlocked.
You can get Accolade Points from almost any activity in the game, with PR Stunts being a great way to farm these points. Of course, you can choose the method that suits you best.
It should be noted that you don’t need to get three stars on the other chapters to get this achievement. Thankfully, the last story level is not too hard to get three stars on, so you should be able to get it with a bit of practice and perseverance.
It should be noted that people have reported some issues with this achievement. Sometimes, you don’t get the trophy even after obtaining three stars on the level. However, this was reported a long time ago and has since likely been fixed.
