To obtain the Triple Bypass Legendary Repkit, you need to farm the Backhive boss at the Claim abandoned Auger mine in Dissected Plateau within the Fadefields region. However, you need to complete the Shadow of the Mountain main mission in Borderlands 4 to unlock the mine. Then you can easily arrive at the area with the help of a nearby Fast Travel point, Zandra’s Hideout.
Once you arrive, go to the dead end near Zandra. You can enter the dungeon from here by heading through the wall. Since the Claim is a small mine, you should not face much difficulty reaching its end. Here, you will encounter the Backhive boss, a Flesh-type enemy that you can defeat easily using Incendiary Damage. Now, use the Moxxi’s Encore machine to farm the boss until you obtain the Triple Bypass Legendary Repkit in the game.
