Exterminate your enemies in style with Ultron’s X-Tron costume in Marvel Rivals. Here’s how to get his first epic skin.
The new X-Tron costume is now live in Marvel Rivals. The costume doesn’t have any direct correlation with a comic look. It is, in fact, a Marvel Rivals original design. Players first caught a glimpse of X-Tron back in Season 2.0.
Whether you win or lose on the Hellfire Gala: Krakoa map, you will see an animation revealing X-Tron. He adorned this appearance when he merged himself with the Cerebro. Now, players can enjoy this look because Ultron has arrived on the playable roster with this costume as his debut skin.
Ways to Obtain X-Tron in Marvel Rivals
Players will have two options to choose from when buying the skin. These two ways of obtaining the X-Tron costume are:
- Buying it from the in-game Store
- Buying it from the Hero Profile screen
No matter what method you choose, the skin will cost 1400 Units. However, those who wish to obtain other cosmetics as well, can buy the entire bundle for 1600 Units instead.
Buying from In-game Store
Players who want to keep things simple can use the following steps to buy X-Tron in Marvel Rivals:
- Open Marvel Rivals and visit the Store using the tabs on top.
- Find the X-Tron costume in the Featured section.
- You can either click on the Yggroot and X-Tron bundle or scroll slightly below to find the X-Tron individual bundle.
- Players are then free to choose if they wish to buy the skin or the entire bundle.
- Select the costume on top of the bundle window on the left side of the screen to buy it for 1400 Units. Or, you can click on the yellow button on the bottom left side showcasing 1600 Units to buy the entire bundle.
Buying from Hero Profile
If visiting the store is too much work, you can follow the steps below to obtain the X-Tron costume for Ultron:
- Launch Marvel Rivals and head to the Heroes tab on top.
- Find Ultron‘s hero window and open it to scroll over to the Cosmetics tab.
- Now, you will arrive in the Costumes section. Select the X-Tron costume and hit the Acquire button in the bottom right.
- It will lead you to a window where you can make the transaction for buying the bundled costume.
