Occult Gems are the hot new item of Diablo 4 Season 7. These Occult Gems, much like other Gems in the game, are socketables that enhance your skills and provide buffs. These are some of the strongest items in the game, and the Voice of Stars Occult Gem is among the very best of them.
The Voice of Stars is an Occult Gem that grants you 160 Armor and 8 percent Resistance to all elements. In addition to this, the Voice of Stars also adds the Witchcraft tag with a 10 percent damage boost to your Ultimate Skills while your aura is active.

How To Get Voice of Stars
Obtaining the Voice of Stars Grimoire
The Voice of Stars and other Occult Gems in Diablo 4 cannot be obtained through 4 seasonal quests and instead need to be crafted using recipes. These recipes, also called Grimoires, are unlocked through the altars at the Tree of Whispers. You will need to be playing at the Torment I difficulty or higher in order to obtain the Voice of Stars Grimoire as a drop.
At Torment I or higher difficulties, head through the Headhunt Zones and clear them out. Any of the enemies can drop this item, so you’ll undoubtedly be at the mercy of RNG. There are no shortcuts around this, and you will have to grind and run through as many Headhunt zones as you can till you obtain the Voice of Stars Grimoire. After unlocking the item, you can then learn it through your inventory.
Crafting the Voice of Stars
Once you have the Voice of Stars Grimoire, it is time to get crafting. Head over to Gelena, the Covent Jeweler, in the Tree of Whispers area to craft the Voice of Stars. You will require the following ingredients to craft the Voice of Stars:
- Elder Sigil x1
- Heart of Anima x1
- Raging Enigma x1
- Diamond Fragments x100,000
