How To Find Whirlwind Artifact in Stalker 2
Artifacts in Stalker 2 have fixed spawn locations, but the specific type of artifact that appears is often randomized. To improve your chances of finding the Whirlwind Artifact, you can use a save-and-reload technique.
For this, you can save the game approximately 150 meters from an artifact spawn point near gravitational anomalies. There are two such spawn points near Zalissya, with one point in the Ribs and one in the Deaf Meadow. You can then head to the artifact spawn location and check what artifact has appeared. If the artifact is not Whirlwind, you can reload your most recent quick save and repeat the process.
You can then use your artifact detector to locate the gravitational enemies. The detector’s beeping grows more intense as you move closer to an artifact. You then need to carefully approach the artifact location until it shows up. When the Whirlwind Artifact appears, add it to your inventory and continue your journey through the Zone.
After you obtain the Whirlwind Artifact, you can continue playing until an Emission takes place since these events reset artifact spawns.
