The Worgfang dagger can boost your protection against goblins, and you can find it in Act 1 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
Worgfang
In Baldur’s Gate 3, the Worgfang dagger will give you extra protection when fighting against Goblin enemies. The main perk on this weapon is called Goblin’s Undoing, and it causes Goblins to have Disadvantage on all attack rolls against whichever character has it equipped. When a player or NPC has Disadvantage, you roll two dice and use the lower result.
Therefore, this is a great weapon to equip and use against the Goblins while inside the Goblin Camp. Unfortunately, you’ll need to make your way past a lot of goblins to get inside the Shattered Sanctum and find the Worg Pens. However, this is doable without having to fight your way through. And if you can collect this dagger before killing the Goblin leaders, it will make those fights a bit easier.

How to Get Worgfang in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Worgfang in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to make your way into the Goblin Camp, inside the Shattered Sanctum, to the Worg Pens, and find the dagger inside a pile of bones. The Goblin Camp is on the western side of the Act 1 map. Furthermore, you can either fight or talk your way past the main gate, or sneak past the traps in the back. (There is a secret entrance to the south across a log bridge.)
Once you get inside the gate, make your way north to the courtyard area of the temple. The goblins will be having a feast and won’t be hostile unless you attack first. All the way to the north is the temple entrance into the Shattered Sanctum. Inside you’ll need to talk your way past some guards but this is fairly simple with low Persuasion rolls.
Inside the Worg Pens
After you’re past the guards, head down into the main area, past Priestess Gut, and up the stairs to a corner room on the right-hand side. There will be a door here that will take you to the Worg Pens. Inside the Pens, head down the stairs. At the bottom, there is a cell on the right with a bear and a cell on the left with two Worgs. There is a lever you can use to open this cell, though the Worgs will be hostile, and attacking them may aggro the goblins nearby.
After the fight, go inside the cell and search the pile of bones. Inside you’ll find the Worgfang dagger!
