How To Gift Skins in Marvel Rivals

Marvel Rivals has introduced a new feature that allows players to gift a Skin/Costume. NetEase Games has ample comic books to draw inspiration from when it comes to launching new Skins for the heroes in their 6v6 shooter. Each Season, we get several new Costumes. Some are included in the Battle Pass content, while others drop every few weeks. If you wish to show appreciation to your friends, you can now gift them their favorite Costumes.

Steps To Gift Skins To Your Friends in Marvel Rivals

Gifting a Costume is fairly easy. However, there are a few things that you may not have seen coming. For example, you can only gift an entire bundle. It is not possible to gift only Skins or any other cosmetics related to a hero. Moreover, players are only supposed to use Lattice to buy a gift. So, if you were saving some Units for your friends, siblings, cousins, or partner, you must use them for your favorite hero and buy Lattice for the gift instead.

Those who are interested in giving away a Costume to their friends can follow the steps given below:

  • Launch Marvel Rivals and head to the in-game Store via the tabs on top.
  • Head to the Featured or the Costumes section here and select the Costume you or your friend likes the most.
  • Once you click on the Costume and the bundle page opens, you will find an option in white that reads “Gift” right beside the bundle price. If you hit the bundle price (in yellow), you will buy it for yourself, so click Gift to make the purchase for your friend instead.
  • Now, select or search for the username of the friend you want to gift this Marvel Rivals Skin.
  • The gift screen will pop up, showing you the contents you will be gifting through this bundle, along with the username of the receiver on top, enclosed with the sender’s username. In between, there is an option to write a customized message.
  • Make the payment using Lattice. Your existing Lattice will get adjusted while making this payment while you will have to buy the remaining amount on the spot before sending the gift.
  • Your friend(s) will receive the gift as soon as they log into the game.
