Deadzone Rogue is one of the latest roguelikes available in the market. The game is currently available only on Windows PCs and features multiple exciting weapons to choose from. Playing Deadzone Rogue With Your Friends
Deadzone Rogue features both co-op and multiplayer options. The game features support for co-op play for up to 3 players. However, there is no competitive multiplayer in the game now. The game is a player-versus-environment type where you will be up against NPCs and not real players. If you want to enjoy the game with your friends, though, you can only do so in online mode. There is no offline co-op available.
How To Host or Join Multiplayer Mode
One of you will have to host a game and then invite the other two friends to the lobby. While hosting, you will get a code that you can then share with your teammates, using which they will be able to join your session. There is no public matchmaking in Deadzone Rogue at the moment.
On the main menu itself, you will see a multiplayer/ co-op option to the right of the screen. Click on it to host the game. You will then get a code for invites.
To join your host’s session, you simply need to click on the same menu on the right side of the screen and then enter the code shared by your friend. Wait for a few seconds, and you will find yourself in the lobby. Once the match starts, you and your friends will be able to exchange and share their loot and face enemies together.
While it is not out yet, the developers have confirmed that the game will soon feature an offline solo play option as well. As of now, you can only play the game online, even when playing solo.
