Dynasty Warriors: Origins, the upcoming hack-and-slash game from Koei Tecmo Games, finally has a confirmed release date. The highly anticipated new entry in the iconic Dynasty Warriors series is scheduled to be released on January 17, 2025. The game is coming to all current-generation systems, including PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Alongside the game’s release date announcement, pre-orders for Dynasty Warriors: Origins also went live on all platforms. Much like previous Koei Tecmo-published titles, the upcoming Dynasty Warriors game is offered in multiple editions. Furthermore, there are also multiple pre-order bonuses for the game’s different editions.

All Dynasty Warriors: Origins Editions
Similar to Koei Tecmo’s previous titles like Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and Rise of the Ronin, Dynasty Warriors: Origins is offered in two different editions: Standard and Deluxe. The Standard Edition comes with the base game and the pre-order bonus. The Deluxe Edition, on the other hand, offers everything included in the Standard version of the title, alongside the game’s official soundtrack and artbook.
The Deluxe Edition also comes with Letters, an in-game item that grants a small amount of Gold and Pyroxine, i.e., resources. Furthermore, players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition will be able to play the game 72 hours before the official release.

The pre-order bonus is the “Nameless Warrior Garb” costume for the protagonist. The Nameless Garb is a crossover costume from Koei Tecmo’s previously released title, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
