How to Purify Weapons and Armor in Metaphor ReFantazio
Before you can purify an impure item in the game, you will have to locate a church. For this, you can utilize St. Fermis Church in Grand Trad. You can unlock this church by completing the game’s prologue. This allows you to purify weapons and armor early in the game. After you have a church, you need to meet a couple of other requirements to start purifying your weapons. This includes increasing your character’s Wisdom as well as getting your hands on Blessed Water.
Wisdom is one of the five Royal Virtues in the game. To increase Wisdom in Metaphor ReFantazio, you need to take part in certain activities and quests all across Euchronia. These include observing the various picturesque views of the city, including the view of the Royal Capital from a bench in Grand Trad. Once you have raised your Wisdom to Informed, you need to acquire Blessed Water. This unique resource is mandatory for any purifying ritual. Thankfully, Blessed Water is easy to come by in the game, with Dungeons being your best friend in acquiring some.
With all of the requirements met you can make your way to a church to purify your weapons. Be sure to equip all the impure weapons on hand when visiting the church and conversing with the priest. You can choose the ‘Purify’ option when talking to the priest. This will allow you to bring out the power within your weapons and armor in Metaphor ReFantazio.
