There are a total of 24 different outfits to unlock in Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2. Outfits are largely cosmetic in nature, and which one your ancient vampire wears does not affect gameplay much. However, characters react differently to Phyre’s attire, and specific clothes can help when trying to feed and collect Blood Resonance. 

Getting new outfits in the game largely boils down to unlocking new clan powers. There are six clans, each with powers to learn that unlock new 

sets of clothes. While you can easily get all the outfits associated with your chosen clan by spending ability points, obtaining those of other clans will be more of a challenge because of the added point cost.
