What Is Rebirth in NBA 2K26?
After you successfully create your character in MyCourt mode, you will see a cutscene. Once it ends, you will unlock the Rebirth quest. The first thing you need to do is make your way to Ronnie 2K. He is an NPC available in the MyCourt game mode in NBA 2K26. Fortunately, he is easy to find. Head to the arena, and you will see him near the front area. Talk to him to start the quest.
Rebirth allows you to enjoy the MyPlayer’s highest rating for every new character you create in the future. However, this feature only unlocks after meeting certain requirements. There are multiple tiers available based on your overall rating. You must reach at least:
- 90 OVR for Silver Rebirth
- 95 OVR for Gold, Legend, and Hall of Fame Rebirth
To increase your OVR, you need to play matches, which will earn you XP. Keep doing this until you reach at least 90 OVR. Once achieved, any new character you create in the future will start with at least 90 OVR. If you enjoy the MyCareer game mode, this feature is a must. Unlocking Rebirth will save you a lot of time and effort.
