Marvel Rivals has recently come up with a new Emoji feature. It is now available for all the players present in the game. This system first came out with the Season 2.5 update on May 30, 2025. Since then, only a few players have been able to make use of it properly. The primary reason is that players are somewhat confused about how to use it. We are now here with a short and simple guide to help you understand this feature.

Equipping and Using Emojis in Marvel Rivals

Emojis are part of the “cosmetics” feature in Marvel’s 6v6 hero shooter. So, players who are looking to use the Emojis have to open the Emote Wheel for the same. Those playing on a PC can hold the “T” key to open the cosmetics wheel and cycle between Emotes, Sprays, and Emojis using left and right mouse movements. Console players, however, have to hold the left button on the D-pad to open the cosmetics wheel and use L2/LT and R2/RT to switch between Emotes, Sprays, and Emojis wheels.

Once you have arrived at the “Emoji” wheel, you can select your desired Emoji using your mouse or the right joystick and leave the cosmetic wheel button to send the Emoji in the chat. This is similar to how you use Sprays in Marvel Rivals.

Players can easily equip Emojis to their Emoji Wheel in Marvel Rivals by visiting any Hero Profile. Go to the Heroes tab, and select your favorite hero to open their profile. Now, use the tabs on top to go to Cosmetics and then head to the Emojis section under it. You will then arrive at the page shown above. Select the Emojis you want to equip and place them on the wheel.

Where To Acquire Emojis From

If you don’t already have any, you can acquire the Emoji bundles by clicking on the Acquire button in the Emojis section under somebody’s Hero Profile. As of now, the Combat Chest has two Emoji Bundles. One is the “Jeff” bundle, while the other is “Basic.”

Both of them have slightly different contents. While the Basic one can be obtained for free through the Combat Chest, the Jeff one requires you to buy the premium version of the Combat Chest for 690 Lattice. You can also buy it individually from the store for 400 Units instead.
