However, it revealed a glimpse of what the upcoming major update offers. This includes a new building mechanic and a surprisingly intricate housing system.

InFold, the developers behind the cozy dress-up gacha game Infinity Nikki, announced a collaboration with the cozy farming simulation game Stardew Valley. The cute trailer offered a sneak peek at the new content. The developers only released a short cinematic teaser for the collaboration. There has been no announcement about event-exclusive content just yet.

However, Epic Games revealed the first gameplay footage of the new housing feature arriving in the next update. The 5-minute YouTube trailer showcased a farming and house-building mechanic. Designing your custom house is quite detailed, giving you freedom in where you place floors and walls.
On top of that, the housing system is also highly customizable. The trailer showed how you can rotate furniture and even resize it to fit your desired scale. However, you do not get all the furniture from the start. You need to unlock more furniture by taking pictures of various objects in the world. This means you will have to do some exploring if you want more customization for your house. This grinding mechanic ensures you put in effort to build your dream home in the game.
Keep in mind that the housing feature and the Stardew Valley collaboration in Infinity Nikki might be entirely separate content. Epic Games showcased both in the same trailer, which might confuse players into assuming they are connected.
