The Cahaya Island in Inzoi Island Getaway gives players plenty of job opportunities despite being a holiday spot. Gamers can either utilize the tropical landscapes’ natural resources and become a miner or a farmer, or they can take a more conventional route, such as a lawyer, researcher, taxi driver, etc. Part-time, however, is not available in the DLC’s new playable map, and full-time jobs with certain workdays in a week are the only option so far. In this article, we have explored all the nine career paths in Inzoi Island Getaway.

All New Careers in Inzoi Island Getaway

As of now, Inzoi Island Getaway has introduced nine new career paths. While you cannot see your Zoi work in these, since most of it happens offscreen, it is certainly a good way to earn some money. Additionally, some of the jobs listed here are for Cahaya only, while others are available in the main cities as well.

1. Miner: Mining Union

The Mining Union has short work hours and low wages (Image via Krafton | Deltia’s Gaming)

If you are fond of rocks and would like short work hours, then mining in Cahaya is certainly a good career. Indeed, such a job on a beachy island might feel like a waste of time, but the consistency of it and job security, since rocks cannot be destroyed, make up for the caveats. If you want more money than the 120 Meows this career offers, then you can also look for gems during off-hours and sell them yourself. If you are interested, craft a pickaxe and start breaking some rocks.

2. Farmer: Field Work Assistant

Farmers might struggle with a low salary and the risk of flooding (Image via Krafton | Deltia’s Gaming)

Players who do not want to hit rocks all day and instead would like to grow something on their own would certainly prefer to be farmers. Keep in mind that there are no off days in farming, and your Zoi will have to work all seven days of the week. That mixed with the danger of flood ruining your grains makes the job less appealing, but the extremely short hours only in the morning will give you a lot of free time each day. If you are not satisfied with the 120 Meows from farming, you can also grow crops for yourself and sell them at the store, but with much more effort.

3. Yoga Instructor: Napas Yoga

Cahaya has many beach resorts and associated spas in its tropical lands; in such a place, many might find the job of a yoga instructor interesting. Help the other NPCs out by teaching them how to meditate, relax, and train their bodies to be healthy. You will naturally find many places to practice your yoga skills and become a master at it, which will help your Zoi both physically and make them better at their job. However, as one can expect, the life of a yoga instructor doesn’t pay that well in the game. Additionally, there are three prominent stages in this career, and we have listed them below.

  • Lotus Space Assistant (M 260)
  • Meditation Leader (M 520)
  • Chahara Yoga Philosophy Researcher (M 900)

4. Taxi Driver: Jallan Network

Being a Taxi Driver in Island Getaway certainly has its perks. Since Cahaya has many connected islands, your Zoi will get the opportunity to drive across the sea, as well as the more conventional roads. Even though taxis are the way of fast travel in Cahaya, you won’t be able to drive one yourself, and your character will do most of their work on their own. The pay is decent, which might be enough for many players, especially for those who are fond of Martin Scorsese’s movies. The following are the three different phases as a taxi driver for players:

  • Rookie Driver (M 270)
  • Reliable Taxi Driver (M 540)
  • Premium Taxi Driver (M 950)

5. Researcher: Natap Encyclopedia Association

The researcher’s job at Natap Encyclopedia Associated is for players who would enjoy paperwork, investigating, and learning. If you have built a Zoi focused on the mind, then you can try your luck with this career option, even though the salary is quite bad. It might lead you to a situation where you have a lot of overdue bills and no money left, but that is a part of life and can be enjoyable to some. There are three tiers in this path, similar to the other jobs:

  • Investigator (M 110)
  • Principle Researcher (M 350)
  • Memorabilia Association Manager (M 600)

6. Conservationist: Sea Turtle Conservation

The tropical landscapes of Cahaya have many interesting creatures. The sea turtles are one of the more interesting ones, and you can find them on the surface as well as in the ocean. If you want to preserve these majestic reptiles and the beauty of the island, then you can take a job at the Sea Turtle Conservation. The starting pay is decent and rises to a good amount eventually. These are the different tiers of this path:

  • Nestwatcher (M 280)
  • Hatching Support Volunteer (M 560)
  • Marine Ecology Guardian (M 1,000)

7. Travel Agent: Harihari Travel Agency

Cahaya Island is a place for a holiday. You can use the tourism and interest in the land and make some money out of it by becoming a travel agent. This way, your Zoi will explore the ins and outs of the place while earning a decent salary as a guide, which increases once you climb the ladder. It is a perfect opportunity for players who might enjoy walking around all day while experiencing the beauty of nature. Here are all the tiers of this job:

  • Tour Guide Trainee (M 300)
  • Formal Guide (M 600)
  • Professional Guide (M 1,100)

8. Criminal: Red Bone Tissue

If you are not satisfied with conventional jobs and low wages, then you can also turn to a life of crime on the Cahaya Island. The Red Bone Tissue gang has its hands in almost all criminal activities on the island, and they pay their members well, too. You will start as a rookie, but if you can reach the top of the organization without going to jail, then you can earn more money than anyone else in the DLC. Here are all the positions of the Red Bone Tissue Gang:

  • Rookie (M 360)
  • Underboss (M 666)
  • Boss (M 2,169)

9. Sawara Law Firm

Partner Lawyer is the second-best-paid job in Island Getaway (Image via Krafton | Deltia’s Gaming)

Do you not like criminals and want to work for the law instead? In that case, a career as a lawyer might be for you. Naturally, this career path pays quite a good amount of money, second only to the criminal boss of the Red Tissue Gang. However, the life of a lawyer in a holiday spot such as Cahaya might be a quiet one. Still, if you are ever bored, you can explore the environment or spend some time at the resorts. The following list contains all the lawyer positions in the DLC:

  • Junior Lawyer (M 450)
  • Senior Lawyer (M 1,164)
  • Partner Lawyer (M 2,040)
