Blue Prince will be available on current-gen consoles on release. So, you’ll be able to play the game on the Xbox Series S|X and PS5 consoles when it launches on April 10. Besides that, the game will also release on the PC.

How To Play Blue Prince on Consoles?
You can buy Blue Prince on the PS Store or from the Xbox Store after it launches on April 10. For now, both of these stores allow you to add the game to your wishlists, as there aren’t any preorder options. If you don’t want to purchase the game but still want to try it out, you can either opt for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or the PlayStation Plus subscription. Blue Prince is set to arrive on both of these subscription services on day one.
If you’re already a subscriber of one or both of these, you can simply download the game when it releases free of cost. As long as your subscription is active, you can play the entire game using these services without any constraints.

Blue Prince: What’s the Game About?
In Blue Prince, you take on the role of Simon. He receives a huge mansion from a distant and eccentric relative. However, to claim his inheritance, Simon will need to find a secret 46th room in the mansion that has 45 rooms.
But there are several obstacles in his way. Firstly, all rooms in the mansion shift positions at night. So, every day, you’ll have to deal with a completely different layout of the rooms. Also, when you begin each morning, you start at the lobby, from where you’ll need to draft rooms by interacting with doors. Every time you pass a door, that day’s tally of footsteps counts down. When it reaches zero, you’ll end the day and progress into the next. And, as we said, the next day, the rooms will all change places.
Throughout the mansion, you’ll discover clues that let you know where each room should be. You’ll find a host of other tools and solve various puzzles that ultimately lead you to find the solution to the primary architectural puzzle. With each step, you’ll literally come closer to discovering the mysterious room 46.
