Find out whether the highly anticipated Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is coming on PS4 and Xbox One or not.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is getting a release on February 4, 2025. This highly anticipated game is a sequel to Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which was released in 2018. The game has an immersive world filled with quests and dangers.
Players play as Henry, the son of a blacksmith who goes on a journey to avenge his parents. On his way, Henry encounters many quests and characters, which makes the story more fulfilling. With the success of the first installment, players have high hopes for the second release as well. However, many players often wonder if the game supports older consoles too.
In this article, players will learn about the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 on PS4 and Xbox One.
PS4 and Xbox One Release
Unfortunately, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will not be releasing on PS4 and Xbox One. PS4 has a CPU based on AMD’s Jaguar x86 architecture with 8GB GDDR5 system memory. Even though this console got so many games, including Kingdom Come: Deliverance, during its prime, the hardware of PlayStation 4 is not strong enough to handle modern games.
On the other hand, the Xbox One has an Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) built on x86-64 architecture from AMD. This console also had many great releases, such as Forza Horizon 4/5, Gears of War 4, Quantum Break, Forza Motorsport, and many more. But due to hardware limitations, Xbox One will not be able to run Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2; thus the game won’t be releasing for this console.
