What’s the latest update regarding the upcoming Pokemon game? Should fans expect Pokemon Legends ZA to come out in 2025?
Pokemon fans have been wondering whether Pokemon Legends: Z-A will have a 2025 release. It’s not likely for The Pokemon Company to take long breaks between their gaming titles, but the release surrounding Pokemon Legends: Z-A has been slightly unpredictable. We say “unpredictable” because not a lot is known about the game as of yet, including its final release date.
Despite the lack of confirmation, we know that the game will come out on Nintendo Switch and that the team is planning a 2025 release year for the title. If there is a delay in the schedule, we expect Nintendo to announce the same. But at the time of writing, 2025 appears to be a hopeful release year for Pokemon Legends A-Z. What about the game’s future, though? Will it show up on other platforms as well?
Pokemon Legends Z-A Future in 2025
Pokemon Legends Z-A is still under development. So, we don’t even have gameplay footage for the project. While the developers are working hard on their current project, the fans can talk about what lies ahead for this game. Depending on when the game comes out in 2025, it may or may not be the first Nintendo Switch 2 game.
In case Nintendo decides to release the game earlier, then we will definitely see it getting ported to the next-gen Nintendo Switch as well. However, there is also a slight chance that Nintendo may be waiting to announce the release date for the same until they are sure about when Switch 2 will hit the console markets. Rumors suggest fans may see a 2025 release for Nintendo Switch 2 as well.
Eager fans who wish to know more about the details of this game should look forward to Pokemon Day on February 27. This is because the Pokemon Presents announcements will take place as part of the celebration. If we are all lucky, we might also hear more about Pokemon Legends Z-A and its potential 2025 release date. If not, we can also look up to the Nintendo Direct event on April 2, 2025, to know more about the game.
