Here is what you need to know about whether Roadcraft is available on consoles and what features it offers to enhance the co-op experience.
Roadcraft is a game where you construct an area that’s been devastated by natural calamities. Doing it alone can be therapeutic in a way, as you explore and rebuild ruins. However, it can also be fun if you play with your friends, as it also supports co-op multiplayer.
Additionally, you are not limited to just playing it on PC. Roadcraft is also on console. This includes PlayStation and Xbox Series X/S. Additionally, the game also includes cross-platform support. This means you will be able to play with your friends regardless of the platform they play on.

Does Roadcraft Have Cross-Platform Support?
Yes, Roadcraft includes cross-platform support. This means you can play with your friends regardless of which platform they are playing on. It’s tradition for their released titles to have a cross-platform feature added on launch day. However, there is a feature that Roadcraft does not have that Saber Interactive’s other titles have.

Does Roadcraft Have Cross-Platform Progression Saves?
Unfortunately, Roadcraft does not have a cross-progression feature. According to the developers on their FAQ page, “Save files are too large to be able to transfer saves.” This means you can only play your save files on the platform you played them on and vice versa.
However, the game does have shared progression. This feature allows the host and their guest to have the same progression. This means if you played with your friends via co-op multiplayer, you will be able to continue the progress you and your friends made in single player. This removes the hassle of having to start over if you want to play the game alone or if the host is not available.
With that said, make sure to purchase Roadcraft on the platform you want to play it on. This way, you will not feel the need to play on a different platform and start over.
