This Jurassic World Evolution 3 guide will go over how to recruit scientists in the game, the most important part of the early-game.

The Jurassic World and Jurassic Park movies have always been about science gone wrong, so scientists are naturally an integral part of the saga. This holds true for their involvement in Jurassic World Evolution 3, as well, where you can recruit them to create prehistoric abominations for you.
The process of recruiting scientists, however, is a bit confusing. This is made worse by the abundance of systems, menus, and mechanics in the game, which often make the process of doing simple tasks complicated. If you’re looking to recruit scientists in Jurassic World Evolution, our guide is here to help.

How To Recruit Scientists in Jurassic World Evolution 3

You recruit scientists in Jurassic World Evolution 3 by using the game’s Control Centers. Control Centers are buildings you use to manage the park. This building is at the center of everything you construct, and you’ll unlock it fairly early on.
Once the Control Center is in place, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Control Center building to open a small menu. This menu will show you the overview of the Control Center, its stats, and if you look at the very bottom, you’ll see a “View Scientists” button.
- Click on the “View Scientists” button to open a new menu.
- Next, click on the “Scientists” tab. This is the fifth tab from the left.
- Clicking on this tab will bring up an empty list. You can fill up the entries in this list by clicking on the “Recruit Scientist” button for each entry. Doing so will bring up a list of scientists to pick from.
Each scientist comes with different levels of experience, unique traits, different salary requirements, and a set recruitment cost. Pick the scientist that best suits the profile you’re looking for, and make sure to set aside some money to meet their high recruitment costs. If you’re just starting out, we suggest going for the ones under $100k. You can go for the more expensive ones as you expand your operations.
