On December 26, 2024, Kai Cenat announced that he and Darren “IShowSpeed” will be collaborating for an OG Fortnite livestream. Kai stated that they won’t stop streaming until they secure a win, meaning this will be a marathon stream. The stream is set to go live at 4 PM EST on Kai’s Twitch channel and 3 PM EST on IShowSpeed’s YouTube channel on December 27, 2024. Fans can tune in to their favorite streamer’s channels and watch the stream.

The three-time Streamer Awards winners will be teaming up for the third time this year, for another gaming marathon. Kai and Speed recently collaborated on a Minecraft Hardcore stream where they beat the game after 105 hours. The duo also completed Chained Together in 12 hours. Both streams featured themed setups for the games. Fans can expect a similar setup for the OG Fortnite livestream.

Seeing the previous marathons, the upcoming marathon can last up to days or only a few hours. Fans predict that the marathon might last only for a few hours as both Cenat and Speed are fairly good at the game. A fan pointed out how Kai won against Sketch and Plaqueboymax in StableRonaldo‘s OG Fortnite competition. Regardless of the timing, it will be a stream worth watching as both of them take on Fortnite players.

Revisiting Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed’s Previous Gaming Marathons

The gaming marathons featuring the duo have been enjoyed by the fans before as well. In July 2024, the two embarked on their first gaming marathon that featured the game Chained Together. Kai and Speed were chained to each other in and out of the game. Despite failing multiple times, the duo completed the game after over 12 hours. The stream garnered over 15.9 million views across Twitch and YouTube.

In August 2024, Kai and Speed once again collaborated for the Minecraft Hardcore challenge. The duo embarked on a streaming marathon, stating that they would end the stream once they beat the Ender Dragon. Their journey spanned over 105 hours, during which they faced numerous challenges and setbacks, including losing all the progress they had made for over 14 hours. The stream featured several heated moments as well, like when Kai and Speed got engaged in a physical altercation.
