Here’s a comprehensive walkthrough for The Time Has Come quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2’s Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC.
How To Complete The Time Has Come Quest In Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Mysteria Ecclesiae

Once you complete To Dust You Shan’t Return and Seek You Shall Find quests, you will be able to explore the monastery freely. As for the Time Has Come quest, your first course of action is to speak with Ludolf and acquire your armor. You can find Ludolf in the Knights of the Order camp, where you will also obtain your armor for the quest. Next, you need to find King Wenceslas’s medical records, which is the tricky part of the quest.
How To Obtain King Wenceslas’s Medical Records
Essentially, you need to forge false medical records to show to Zacharias. You should already have the original copy of the medical records from the previous quests. Additionally, you will also need to learn how to forge fake documents. Once you do that, head to your inventory and read the medical record. After reading the document, you will get the option to make forge records. To do so, you need to choose the following prompts:
- Without addressing
- Head and stomach pain
- Less drink
- Infertility
- Healthy lifestyle
Confronting Zacharias

With the forged documents, you next need to speak to Zacharias. Make sure to equip yourself with good armor and weapons before heading to the final part of the quest. Technically, Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC only has a good ending. However, if you fail to make the forged medical records, you will get a bad ending. Here’s a breakdown of the good and bad endings:
Good Ending
After you talk to Zacharias, you can either offer him the properly forged medical records or the original records. Either of those choices leads to the good ending of the DLC. After handing over the document, your next objective will be to defeat one of Zacharias’s men. Head down the crypt and keep progressing in a southward direction. You will eventually come across a locked door.
Furthermore, after reaching the door, you will get attacked by one of Zacharias’s men. Defeat the enemy and take the key from him to unlock the door. Additionally, you can also steal the Painkiller Brew from the enemy, which unlocks additional dialogue with Zacharias. Proceed to the west from the door, and there you will once again face another enemy.
After defeating the enemy, exit the cellar through the door, past the stairs. Next, you will face Zacharias in combat, and after defeating him, you can take the antidote for Albich. This will help you cure Albich, which in turn will rid the entire monastery of the plague and restore peace in the region.
Bad Ending
In case of the bad ending, everything works out essentially the same way as the good ending. However, after you defeat Zacharias, he ends up breaking the antidote vial. As a result, you won’t be able to help Albich, and he’ll eventually succumb to his illness. This further cascades into more lives being claimed by the plague across the monastery.
