How To Unlock Smartest Pirate Crew in Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii
This quest can be unlocked during Chapter 2 of the main story after you can freely roam Honolulu. Simply head to the Ounabara Vocational School, where you will see the blue text box icon for the quest. Here, the quest will automatically start when you get close to the location which is marked in the image above.
It will start with a man advertising these courses outside the building.
How To Complete The Smartest Pirate Crew Mission
This quest is simple to start and finish. Proceed with the dialogue which plays out, and then get taken inside the building. Once inside, talk to the man’s colleague, Mifune. She will be present at the front desk of the building. She will let you take a vocational course exam.
This will put you into the ‘Oceanography Proficiency’ mock exam which will task you with answering five questions. You only need to get 3/5 answers correct to pass the exam. You’ll have 30 seconds per question, which should be enough to choose the right option.
Moreover, passing or failing the exam does NOT matter for completing the substory. You simply need to attend it. You can retake the mock exam for free whenever you want. However, to retake any other exams, you will have to pay the appropriate fee.
What Do You Get for Completing This Substory?
Completing The Smartest Pirate Crew unlocks the other Vocational Courses for you to take. These courses are an easy method to increase your pirate reputation in the game.
Additionally, you can also recruit an advertiser to your crew if you pass 10 Vocational Courses. This is just an added bonus though, and is not unlocked via the substory.
