How To Start the Kitten in District Five Substory
This substory is automatically started as part of the main story. Therefore, you don’t need to go out of your way to find and start this substory. Keep progressing the main story until you reach Honolulu in Chapter 2 of the main story.
Eventually, you will receive an objective to head to the Diamond Head to collect a bounty reward. Right outside the Diamond Head, this substory will automatically start when you get close enough.
You will notice a stray cat on the ground, which will start this substory.
How To Complete the Kitten in District Five Substory
Noah will feed the hungry cat an onigiri. However, as you walk away, a thug will walk over and steal the poor cat’s food. Naturally, this will make Noah and Majima angry with the man.

Noah will adopt the stray cat, and give it a name. The newly dubbed Onigiri will become a member of the Goro Kingdom on Rich Island. You can go there and feed him to get new resources.
