Madden NFL 26 is set to release in the next few days, and the community is waiting with bated breath to get their hands on the new entry in the yearly series. However, while waiting, you can easily get a head start using the Rookie Premiere program and its associated reward. These rewards are easy to claim if you are a regular player of Madden Ultimate Team in Madden NFL 25.
Some of the rewards you earn through the program will carry over to Madden NFL 26. And these include highly rated player cards as well. So, you can easily start off your MUT Madden NFL 26 journey on the right foot. In this guide, we’ll take a look at some of the best Rookie Premier players in Madden NFL 26 that you can earn in the current game before carrying them over.
Best Rookie Premiere Players in Madden NFL 26
The following is a list of the best players that you can choose from when you’re opening the Rookie Premiere reward packs in Madden NFL 26.

Make sure you open your Ultimate Team packs before choosing your players from this list. This will enable you to understand which of the positions you need to fill in the team. While all of the players listed above have equal OVR, some of them are simply better than others.
For instance, TreVeyon Henderson is undoubtedly one of the best choices. He has some great stats, including 87 Break Tackle and 85 Truck. Similarly, Luther Burden III is a highly skilled wide receiver that’s suited to almost any team. He comes with a speed of 85. Lastly, you can also choose someone like James Pearce Jr., who is one of the best pass rushers in the entire NFL 26 roster.

How To Claim Rookie Premiere Rewards in Madden NFL 25
You could have claimed the Rookie Premiere rewards when the said event was active between July 6 and August 8, 2025. Unfortunately, you can’t claim these rewards any longer if you haven’t done so already. While the event was active, you could earn these rewards in a variety of ways. Players were able to get one free 99 OVR player card by simply logging into MUT.
Apart from the player cards, you could also earn chem tokens in the game by completing the various objectives the Field Pass mode. However, no matter how many of these cards or tokens you earned during the event, you can only carry over up to 4 player cards and up to 3 chem tokens to Madden NFL 26 when it launches.
