Mafia The Old Country has for the first time introduced horses in the franchise. Let alone the availability of horses, but you also get to ride, making them a crucial part of your campaign. Along with cars, horses can also be used to chase down other vehicles and shoot from on top of them. You can hop over mini obstacles as well as customize their saddles to suit your taste better.

Horses in Mafia The Old Country
Horses are another great way to navigate the lands of Sicily. Each horse in the game has a differentiating factor in the form of their color, mane, and the number of spurs they comes with. Spurs help a horse ride faster. Once you initiate a spur, the horse, for a limited amount of time, will speed through before returning to its base speed. While you can spam all your available spurs together, there will be a cooldown before you can use the feature again.
Similar to cars, for customizing your horse, you will receive the ‘Riding in Style’ trophy. You can acquire these horses by either purchasing them from the stable or unlocking them through different DLCs.
