In Mafia The Old Country, you will find yourself in various sticky situations. Mafia The Old Country is a high-adrenaline action-adventure game that will constantly have you on the edge of your seat. There will be certain situations that may prove a little overwhelming, especially with the limitations your player will have.
Charms are equipment that help make amends by providing Enzo with abilities to help during such scenarios. There are two types of charms in Mafia The Old Country, namely medallions and beads.

Medallions in Mafia The Old Country
Medallions, along with beads, are a type of charm that you can either purchase or find hidden across the vast lands in Mafia The Old Country. These are a great tool you can use to further enhance Enzo’s abilities. This will come in handy during the later stages of the game, where you will be facing larger hoards of enemies.
Unlike beads, you will only be able to equip a single medallion at any given time. You can always change the medallion you equip from your inventory to better suit the type of situation you are in.
