Mafia The Old Country features multiple safes that need to be unlocked. While the Brancati safe is optional, here is how you can unlock it.
Mafia The Old Country is the latest instalment in the Mafia franchise. The game takes place in Sicily, Italy, as you play as a Sicilian gang member. As part of the game’s main campaign, you will have to break through multiple safes to complete the quests. You will encounter one such safe during the sixth chapter of the game as well.
While this safe is optional and you can very well skip it, if you want to get your hands on the extra rewards available, here’s how you can do so.

How to Open the Brancati Safe in Mafia The Old Country
During the sixth chapter of the game, you will have to rescue a forger who will help Don Torrissi produce counterfeit cash. However, this con artist has been arrested by the police officers. Before you get to rescue him, you will have to get some information from an informant in the main market.
Once he gets you inside the police station, he will show you the cell where this man has been kept. At night time, you will have to sneak inside the police station to rescue the man.
While the main objective is to just get him out of the prison, you can also take your time and explore the rest of the police station if you want. The Brancati safe is one optional safe you will encounter during this exploration.
On the first floor of the police station itself, in the two corner offices, will be this safe. The code for this safe can be found near the safe itself.
