Capiregime (Chapter 13) Mission Overview in Mafia The Old Country
Capiregime is the 13th chapter in Mafia The Old Country. This is a relatively short chapter comprising raiding four different areas throughout the entire mission. Each area will have a shootout sequence where you will need to kill at least a dozen enemies each before reaching their respective captains. Now, let us take a look at how to complete this chapter.
Take Tgnazio’s Body to the Farm

The mission picks up immediately after Chapter 12, beginning with you having to lift up Tgnazio’s body. After picking up the body, you must carry it all the way to the car right outside the barn and drop it inside. Following this, enter the vehicle at the driver’s seat and drive it to the farm.
During the drive, you will have a short conversation with Tino where you discuss the Don’s motives. This is where Tino informs us about a set of men whom we will have to eliminate through the course of the mission. The drive is a straight one where we finally have to stop right in front of the gates to the farm.
At the farm, Guido waits patiently for us with a grave all dug up for Tgnazio. However, Tino shoots Guido, and his body drops into the same grave. It is here that you understand Guido was talking outside the family, resulting in his fate. You then drop Tganzio’s body in the grave on top of Guido’s body. After that, Tino gives you the next task, asking you to ride to the vineyard and fetch Cesare.
Speak With Valentina

Take the horse in the vicinity and ride it to the farm. The ride is short, after which you reach the area where Cesare is waiting patiently by some boxes. After a brief conversation with Cesaew, we begin our hunt for the three Spadaro members. While Cesare chooses to go after Caccini, he assigns Mazzone to us. Following the hunt, you will then need to regroup with Cesare at the church to finally go after the third member, Costa.
Immediately after the conversation, you will look for Valentina, who is located inside the kitchen. Head up the stairs and enter the main entrance right at the top of the steps. Once you enter, cross the hall and take a right, entering the closed room. A cutscene plays, where we will now speak with Isabella. Post that we will speak with Valentina outside the kitchen, following which we will head to meet Valerio in the forest.
Kill Mazzone

Leave the mansion and enter either a car or a horse, and begin your ride to the forest. The ride is a short one. Once you reach the area, you will find Valerio resting by a box near a fire. Approach and speak with him. He gives us information about our task ahead as well as provides us with some handy supplies. Head towards the box right behind him and open it to access the weapon locker. Once content with your supplies, exit the weapon locker and continue along the forest path.
Begin your travel across the forest path. For most of it, it is a straight path with an occasional crouch at one area under a log. As you reach the area, you have two ways to approach the situation. You can either choose to go stealth or guns blazing. Regardless of your approach, it is you can either directly kill Mazzone or kill everyone. There are eight enemies in total, excluding Mazzone. The blip to locate Mazzone is always available on your screen. The area is filled with coverable areas, making stealth a viable option. Once you kill Mazzone, you can proceed to regroup with Cesare.
Regroup With Cesare

Once you have done the needful, return the way you came from and get back on your ride. Now, follow the blip to reach Cesare, which will be about 1.3 km from the place you start your journey. You can expect a quiet and long ride. Closer to the area, you will hear gunfire, raising concerns for Cesare’s safety. You will find him in cover behind a short wall and join him in the fight to kill Caccini. Similar to the previous hunt, you can choose to directly chase after Caccini, but you do not have a stealth option this time.
So, eliminate all the threats before you approach Cacicni. There is no time limit, leaving you with no worries of him making an escape. Once you kill all the enemies, make your way to Caccini, who will have two enemies guarding the place where he is camping. Once you finally reach him, it is then that he enters a car and makes a break for it. This triggers an exciting car chase sequence with a vehicle ready for you to enter. Wait for Cesare and begin the chase.
Kill Caccini

It is important that you keep close to avoid him escaping. If Caccini increases the gap between your cars to over 200m, you will be given a time limit within which you need to close the distance. Going back under 200m removes the time limit. Once you are within a range of around 50m, Cesare will begin shooting at Caccini’s car. Once you reach the Salt Flats, Caccini will have some enemies waiting to eliminate us.
Kill them all and. Caccini will be on top of the roof, shooting us from the higher ground. After you kill all the enemies, Caccini will come back down and try to kill you. You can finally put an end to him and continue your journey to end the Spadaros once and for all. Now, get inside the vehicle and make your way to the church to meet Tino.
Kill the Spadaros

Once in the area, enter the gates and meet Tino. Tino explains our task, prompting us to head to the church. Entering the church will begin the shootout immediately. This approach will purely be a loud approach with little to no chances for any stealth. There are eyes following your every move. So you will have to make gradual progress ahead, killing any of the Spadaros in your way.
While the area makes you think you have a lot of choices, you will follow a linear path, having you pass through each of the Spadaro. After you have killed the last Spadaros, only then will the next objective be revealed. Now, you will need to enter the gates to the church and then speak with Father Ciccone.
Kill Costa

It is inside the church where the last captain of the Spadaros takes shelter. Hearing the commotion, Costa himself makes his way out. Costa tries to talk his way out of the situation, leaving you with the final decision. You can choose to pull the trigger when you feel right to do so and kill Costa once and for all. There is a short cutscene with a discussion between Tino and Father Ciccone leading to Tino taking him inside the church. It is unclear as to what transpires inside after that.
You then time-skip forward to the end of the night inside the Bar Caffe Ginevra. Another cutscene is held where you all are celebrating the end of the Spadaros. We briefly speak with Leo, who passes you two ferry tickets. Also lies inside the address where you and Isabella will run off to. The cutscene ends after bringing an end to this chapter.
