Even after completing the main campaign, the game leaves you with a lot more to do in terms of exploration. But there will also be more.

Free Rideo Mode in Mafia The Old Country
An official announcement has been made by Hangar 13 that a new update will be released in the near future for Mafia The Old Country. Due to the successful launch of the new title and the abundant support the game has been receiving, Mafia The Old Country will be getting its very own expansion by the name of Free Ride Mode.
The Free Ride Mode will be a free update available for all players, both old and new. This expansion will include all-new activities as well as more gameplay content. This announcement came to light through the official Mafia website.
It has not been made entirely clear what we should expect from the Free Ride Mode for Mafia The Old Country as of yet. Mafia Definitive Edition had the same mode, which became available after completing its first chapter. In that version, players got extra missions to play, such as Phone Booth tasks, Races, and Taxi missions. Players could also change the time of day and weather to better suit their mission needs.
In contrast, players could expect a similar treatment for Mafia The Old Country. While an open free-roam may be a stretch, the idea cannot be completely discarded either. With the rich criminal underworld lands of 1900s Sicily in question, such an experience would be the cherry on top.
