Refuse the direct orders to kill someone, given to you by Tino, and unlock the Man of Honor Trophy in Mafia The Old Country.

Mafia The Old Country ensures that the players don’t just engage with a great story but also make their own decisions. Some decisions also help shape Enzo’s character, depending on the choice you make. There are a total of 50 trophies you can collect in Mafia The Old Country, and some of these decisions contribute to the unlocking of a few of them.
In this article, we will look at how to unlock the Man of Honor Trophy in Mafia The Old Country.
Man of Honor Trophy in Mafia The Old Country

The Man of Honor Trophy is an achievement you can unlock during the main campaign. What also helps make this achievement special is the fact that you have two opportunities to attain it. The first one is during Chapter 5 and the second is in Chapter 13. In both cases, Tino will order you to execute Ludovici and Costa, respectively, in the chapters. There is no way to save either of them, but you can choose to be the one not responsible for these deaths.
By taking this route, you will also be rewarded with the Man of Honor trophy. In Chapter 5, Ludovici will be on his knees when Tino orders you to kill him. If you choose to deny this order, Tino will, in comedic fashion, instead choose you proclaim you a coward. This will, however, also unlock the Man of Honor Trophy for you.

If you don’t wish to be murdered in such a way, you can instead wait till Chapter 13. During this, you, Cesare, and Tino will reach the church and encounter the final Sarpados member, Costa. When Tino asks you to kill him, lower your gun or shoot elsewhere, and this will unlock the Man of Honor Trophy without having to die right after.
