Be in stealth all the way till you reach the Foreman’s office without being seen to unlock the Old Ways Trophy in Mafia The Old Country.
There are a total of 50 trophies spread out across Mafia The Old Country. These trophies can be further divided into categories based on the process of acquiring them. A majority of these will unlock as you play through the main campaign. For the rest of them, you will need to go out of the way or replay certain chapters. For the Old Way’s trophy, you may possibly need to replay the chapter due to a stipulation set for completing a part of a mission.

Old Ways Trophy in Mafia The Old Country
The trophy is acquirable as part of Chapter 9 ‘INDUSTRIA’ during the mission objective ‘Find a way into the foreman’s office’. Now, there are two different approaches to complete this specific part. You can either choose to go loud, alerting the enemies in the vicinity and killing them, or go completely undetected in stealth mode.
Clear Out All the Enemies in the Area
From the point of spawn, proceed forward from the right side. You will notice a small gap between the wooden fence. Straight ahead, an enemy can be seen standing by a gate between two sheds. Quietly kill him and pass through the gates. Now take a left and kill the enemy standing by the boards.
Use your vision mode and take a quick look for more enemies to avoid detection. Now take a right and walk towards the blip. There should be one more enemy on your way that you will need to take down. To the left, you can enter the door. You will find two enemies talking with each other. Wait it out till one of them leaves the scene, and proceed to kill the remaining one.
Reach The Foreman’s Office
Take a right, walk down the path, and take a left to exit the place through the open door. You will need to kill the enemy standing there. Now, turn right and kill the other enemy behind the boxes. Turn right again and walk till the end of the other side and enter the door to your left. Stealth kill any enemies on your path. To your left, you will see two more enemies in conversation.
Wait for them to separate before you take them down one by one. Kill the last enemy to the right, who will be waiting by the stairs. From here, walk up the stairs, and you will reach the foreman’s office.
