2) Manager Market

This year, Electronic Arts is going all out for manager career. The next change they announced is the Manager Market, a sort of LinkedIn for managers. With this feature, you can see which positions are available at which clubs. You will be able to observe how well a team’s current manager is handling the pressure. Moreover, if you believe you can produce better results, you can apply to the club. Additionally, in EA FC 26, there will be caretaker managers who temporarily take charge of teams.
