Panel 1
The first panel is the easiest to find among the rest. To find this panel, simply continue straight on the racecourse. Once you arrive at the first turn of the track, head straight out of the course. After a short distance, you will encounter pillars made out of gold bricks. Next, crash into them to discover and collect the first question mark panel.
Panel 2
To activate the second panel of Great ? Block Ruins, continue straight from the first panel. When you arrive near the track, jump off the area to land in a forest. Now, look for a steep path going uphill. Follow this way to arrive at the second question mark panel.
Panel 3
The best strategy for the third question mark panel on Great ? Block Ruins in Mario Kart World is to reset the course and arrive at the starting line. Once you are successful in this and arrive at the start line, follow the course straight until you arrive at the edge of the track.
