CL4NK is a gunslinging character in Megabonk that’s fairly easy to play. This makes him perfect for players who are still learning the game’s mechanics. You have just enough range to keep your distance from enemies. You won’t have to worry too much about your survival as long as you know how to keep moving and shooting.

However, you still need to know the best build for CL4NK in Megabonk. This is crucial if you want to maximize this character’s potential, especially in higher difficulties. With that said, let’s dive into our recommended build for him.

The best weapon for CL4NK in Megabonk is his signature weapon, the Revolver. This weapon unlocks after you kill a total of 7,500 enemies with any weapon. However, you can’t just rely on his signature weapon to clear stages. You will need some backup weapons, too.

Here is a list of the best weapons for CL4NK:

  • Revolver: Deals high damage but requires aiming. This makes it a bit hard to use.
  • Bow: A good starter weapon for new players.
  • Bone: Can bounce and hit multiple enemies.
  • Lightning Staff: Massive crowd control that hits enemies with chain lightning.

Best Tomes for CL4NK in Megabonk

You need tomes that complement the weapons you want to use on CL4NK. Here is our recommendations:

  • Damage Tome: This tome will increase the damage you deal with weapons.
  • Quantity Tome: Increases the projectiles from your ranged attacks.
  • Attack Speed Tome: Increases the rate of fire on your weapon.
  • XP Tome: Lets you gain more XP, allowing you to level up faster.

How To Play CL4NK in Megabonk

CL4NK can shoot enemies from a farther distance, letting you kite them safely without getting too close. However, keep in mind that he is also one of the most fragile characters in the game. You don’t want to get hit, as he does not have much HP and can easily die in a few hits.

If you have the Revolver as a weapon, you can go for the Attack Speed Tome. This is because of the weapon’s poor fire rate. While it does deal a lot of damage, it’s quite slow and requires precise aiming. Otherwise, you will have to settle for other options like the Bow, Bone, or the Lightning Staff.

As you make progress, you will want to focus on the Damage Tome for more firepower or the Quantity Tome for more projectiles. If you want to level up faster, go for the XP Tome, but don’t invest too much in this one, as you might end up not dealing enough damage in the late game.
