This makes Luck one of the most important stats in the game, but you would not know that because the game gives you no information about it.

How Does Luck Work in Megabonk?
As stated earlier, Luck influences the loot you get in Megabonk. The higher your Luck stat, the better the loot you’re likely to get. So if your luck is on the higher end, you can very well expect to roll upgrades falling in the Rare, Epic, and Legendary tiers. These upgrades are essential when moving towards the end of the run as they directly influence your damage output. The higher the tier, the better you perform.
Now, of course, there is RNG involved in the whole thing, and there’s still a chance that you end up with bad loot. Increasing luck does not guarantee high-tier loot, but it does increase the chances. So if you don’t get it right away, you’re likely to get it in the next drop.

How To Increase Luck in Megabonk
You can increase your Luck by interacting with a Luck tome during a run, which itself has a prerequisite to unlock. At the start of your run, seek out and destroy 20 vases across the map. This will unlock the Luck tome, which will then appear in your upgrade pool. However, the chances of the Luck tome appearing in your pool also depend on RNG. So the whole system involving Luck is fittingly a game of chance.
