Tradia Desert is a barren land with multiple treasure chests. You will find it on the outskirts of Grand Trad in Metaphor ReFantazio.
Metaphor ReFantazio puts exploration front and center. The game has several quests and missions that take you to various cities and dungeons packed with collectibles and treasures. The Tradia Desert is one such area that lies on the outskirts of Grand Trad. Despite being a simple desolate desert, the location has more than what meets the eye. It can be a little complex to navigate. In this guide, we shall go over the Tradia Desert, as well as the enemies it holds and items it hides.
Tradia Desert Locations To Watch Out For
The Tradia Desert is a vast piece of land with several acres of nothingness. At a glance, it can be hard to tell which section of this barren piece of land is important and which is empty. The area we mainly need to focus on is the Traveler’s Graveyard. The area is enclosed within circular bounds and therefore easier to navigate.
The desert has two treasure chests for you to open. The first chest is on the upper western corner of the map. It rests between a rock pillar and two other rocks. You can walk towards the edges on the right from the Tradia Desert entrance to reach here. Loot the chest to obtain 1x Amethyst. The second chest rests on the lower western end of the map in front of a green, broken down cart. Loot the chest to obtain 1x Damascus Shamshir.
Apart from treasure chests, the area also has three other items for you to collect. The first item is a Superior Rusted Armor. This piece of equipment rests at the center of the map under a skeletal structure. The skeleton is hard to miss, and the bluish hue of the item can be seen from a mile away. The next item is a gold beetle hidden in a bush on the northern end of the map. The final item is Iron Sand on the southern end of the map.
There is also a Plateau Mirage at the center of the map that you can interact with.
Tradia Desert Enemies
While you don’t have to fight the enemies in the area and can simply run past them, you are forced to engage as part of the ‘Man’s Not-So Best Friend’ bounty mission. The enemies in the area are vulnerable to different elements, and you have to engage with them accordingly.
The Sandworm Valmo is weak to ice, while the Blue Elmenta is weak to fire. The Wild Corvo and Kokasados are both weak to pierce attacks. The Hyeno and Maneater Manjula, found as part of bounties, are weak to Fire/Ice and Strike/Ice, respectively.
