YouTuber TommyInnit called out fellow content creator Dream for alleged sexism and inappropriate behavior with his mother.
Minecraft content creator Thomas “TommyInnit” Michael Simons released a YouTube video titled ‘Dream’ with several allegations against fellow content creator Clay “Dream.” In the video, Thomas accused Dream of sexism and harassing his mother.
Thomas called Dream a “movie villain” who takes advantage of “vulnerable people and uses them” to benefit himself. He brought up several incidents where the YouTuber allegedly expressed sexist behavior and refused to take responsibility for his actions.
TommyInnit’s video got over 2.2 million views in 15 hours, and it stirred conversations online. Dream responded to the allegations, saying that he would post a video explaining the situation. However, shortly after posting the twee, he removed the post and has not responded to Thomas.
TommyInnit’s Calls the YouTuber a “Movie Villain”
Thomas starts off the video talking about Dream’s behavior. He alleged that the Minecraft YouTuber almost affected his relationship with his mother. Thomas said:
“Dream, mate, you harassed my mom when she was going through a divorce, the worst time of her life. You tried to harm the relationship between me and my mom and if we weren’t best friends, with the sh*t that you were saying, you probably could have really harmed that mate.”
Thomas claimed that the YouTuber makes himself a “movie villain” whenever there is drama and takes advantage of “vulnerable people.” He said:
“You are like a proper movie villain. I have watched you take advantage of vulnerable people and use them to benefit yourself. I have watched you lie to fans, to me, to people, and take no responsibility afterward.”
Toward the end of the video, Thomas claims that the YouTuber takes no responsibility or criticism and allegedly resorts to slurs.
Dream’s Deletes His Response to Thomas
The YouTuber posted a tweet responding to Thomas’ allegations but deleted it shortly after. In the tweet, he said:
“I’m not sure why TommyInnit decided to attack and lie about me in front of his entire audience but I guess it gives me an opportunity to let it all out. Crazy Minecraft beef I guess?” Will be making an upload to respond to his video soon, given it’s serious. Not fun teams.”

TommiInnit did not respond to the tweet but it caught the attention of fellow content creator Tobias “Tubbo” who addressed the controversy. Tubbo said in his Twitch stream:
“To say he (Tommy) has no backbone, just shows how you never f*cking knew him as a person when you did know him. And if you did, it’s a stupid attempt to change his image. But he literally idolized Dream and he idolized Wilbur, and when he found out how these people were as actual people. He cut them off because he has integrity and because he has a backbone.”

Tubbo also accused Dream of “crossing personal boundaries” and said that allegedly betrayed people’s trust.
