You can find Poisoned Meat while exploring the game world. However, the primary way of getting your hands on this item is to craft it. If you have the necessary ingredients, you can craft Poisoned Meat from the Crafting List. To make this specific item in-game, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Raw Meat
  • Toadstool

Raw Meat is easy to acquire, and you can get it by killing any of the endemic life forms or simply exploring the world. Toadstool is another common ingredient that you’ll find throughout the game. You can check the Scarlet Forest region, where Toadstool grows aplenty.

On your map, look for purple colored mushroom icons. The best part is that Toadstools will respawn in the same locations every time after you have harvested a batch. Simply wait for a while for them to regrow.
