Carbalite Ores are spread all over the map in Monster Hunter Wilds. These ores can be extracted from Mining Outcrops. You’re likely to find the Mining Outcrops with Carbalite Ores in the Windward Plains, Scarlet Forest, Iceshard Cliffs, Oilwell Basin, and Wyveria. You must be High Rank in all of these regions for the Carbalite Ores to spawn.

We recommend searching in the following areas for the aforementioned regions:

  • Windward Plains: When exploring the Windward Plains, we suggest looking for Mining Outcrops in the Windward Plains areas 2, 3, 4, 9, and 16.

  • Scarlet Forest: For the Scarlet Forest, we suggest looking for Mining Outcrops in the Scarlet Forest areas 8 and 12.

  • Iceshard Cliffs: When in the Iceshard Cliffs, we suggest looking for Mining Outcrops in the Iceshard Cliffs areas 8 and 16.

  • Oilwell Basin: Look for Mining Outcrops in the Oilwell Basin areas 13.

  • Wyveria: Thoroughly explore Wyveria Area 5 to find the Mining Outcrops.
