You will get this particular material equipment when fighting Zoh Shia in High Rank. It’s one of the new monster variants that were added into the game. For that, you’ll have to complete the High Rank story quests in the game. You’ll also need to unlock Hunter Rank 50 for the particular assignment to appear after slaying Zoh Shia. If you meet these requirements, talk to Werner in the Suja Base Camp to start the assignment.
