Frozen Icebone is a region-specific material that allows you to craft valuable armor. Here is how to acquire it in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Exploring the world of Monster Hunter Wilds allows you to farm and gather various useful resources, which you can use for crafting high-grade gear or upgrading your equipment.
The game includes 13 different types of bones, each found in various regions. Frozen Icebone is one of them, which is used to craft armors like Battle Helm Alpha and Hirabami Greaves. However, obtaining it in Monster Hunter Wilds can be a little tricky since it is exclusive to a specific region.

Where To Find Frozen Icebone in Monster Hunter Wilds
Frozen Icebone is an equipment material found exclusively in Iceshard Cliffs. Interact with the Bonepiles at areas 6 and 14 of Iceshard Cliffs to obtain Frozen Icebone. The Bonepiles appear as large skeletal remains and yield up to three bones each turn. It takes around 15 minutes for the Bonepiles to regenerate the bones. While waiting for it to regenerate, you can hunt Comaqchi at Iceshard Cliffs, which has a 20% chance of dropping a Frozen Icebone on both Low-Rank and High-Rank.
Equipping the Geologist skill further increases the number of bones gathered from Bonepiles. Along with Frozen Icebone, gathering the Bonepiles at Iceshard Cliffs also yields Sturdy Bone, Quality Bone, and Mystery Bone. Additionally, you can obtain Frozen Icebone by completing the ‘Hopes of Home, ’ ‘Buggin’ in the Cliffs,’ and ‘Dream Eaters’ quests.
