Raw Meat is a useful item to have in Monster Hunter Wilds. It is an integral part of making steaks and meats like Poisoned, Tinged, and Drugged. There are broadly two ways to get Raw Meat in Monster Hunter Wilds—by carving certain small monsters and from completing specific quests.
Small Monster Drops

You can pick up Raw Meat from Ceratonoth and Dalthydon in the Windward Plains. You will find packs of them roaming the region. All you need to do is put a few down and carve them. It is not a guaranteed drop in our experience, but usually, you will end up with quite a few pieces of Raw Meat.

How To Use Raw Meat in MH Wilds
You can use Raw Meat to make Well Done Steaks, Poisoned Meat, Tinged Meat, and Drugged Meat in Monster Hunter Wilds. The first item refills your HP and Stamina while giving you a bump for your hunt. The next three items are hunting tools to induce the negative buffs in the targeted monster to ease your hunt.
