To get the Harvest armor set, you need to log into Monster Hunter Wilds during the Dreamspell Season of Accord. Furthermore, you also need to collect Harvest Tickets, which are tied to a very specific Event QuestHirabami Harvest. Surprisingly enough, the Hirabami Harvest is the first Event Quest in Monster Hunter that features a monster pack.

Essentially, in the Hirabami Harvest quest, you need to defeat a pack of 3 Hirabamis. And while the quest has a requirement of HR 9, it’s still far from a cakewalk. That said, the quest does have a generous 50-minute time limit. As such, you can technically tackle one Hirabami at a time, which should help make grinding the quest much easier.

Do remember to use Dung Pods to force additional Hirabamis out of the arena. You can find additional Dung Pods in Seikret’s pouch at the start of the quest. Furthermore, you can also use Flash Pods to make the Hirabamis fall on the ground, making it easier to hit their head and tail (weak points).

Overview of the Harvest Armor Set

The Harvest set in Monster Hunter Wilds, much like its Monster Hunter World counterpart, is meant to be used for a “gathering build.” The primary skills the set offers are Botanist, Mushroomancer, Free Meal, and Constitution. As such, it’s not going to work all that well if you’re focusing on DPS. However, the set is basically perfect for Hunting Horn mains or a more passive playstyle.

Furthermore, the armor set has fairly decent Defense and Fire Resistance. That said, it’s still not a viable option for an endgame build. Instead, it’s best used as a Layered Armor, especially during the Halloween Season. Here’s a look at the Harvest set’s skills and attributes:

Armor Skills

  • Botanist (Level 4)
  • Mushroomancer (Level 3)
  • Free Meal (Level 3)
  • Constitution (Level 5)

Set Bonus

  • Carving Master (3-piece bonus)

Attributes (Base)

  • Defense: 211
  • Fire Res: 20
  • Water Res: 5
  • Thunder Res: 5
  • Ice Res: 5
  • Dragon Res: 5
