The new Dreamspell Season of Accord in Monster Hunter Wilds is packed with new content for players to explore. From Event Quests to a whole new Arch-tempered monster, there’s plenty to keep you busy with the game. That said, the biggest draw for the Season of Accord events has always been the rewards, particularly the armor sets and weapons. Although there’s no new weapon to unlock this time around, a la the Cornpopper Gunlance, there is a new armor set, themed around the “spooky season.”

The new Dreamwalker set is easily the most unique armor in the entirety of Monster Hunter Wilds. It basically turns the Hunter into a headless ghoul, complete with a new Pumpkin Head emote. However, as a High Rank set, is the Dreamwalker really worth crafting? Let’s find out in this article.

For the most part, yes, the Dreamwalker set is absolutely worth crafting. For the early parts of High Rank, it’s a fairly decent set offering skills that benefit most weapon types in Monster Hunter Wilds. Furthermore, it comes with rather impressive Defense stats as well. Save for Fireblight, the full set comes with resistance against all affinities. As for skills, it comes with Flayer (Level 5), Wide Range (Level 5), Ambush (Level 3), and Sleep Resistance (Level 2), which are all great to have on an HR build.

That said, for an endgame build, the set doesn’t offer anything particularly good. Apart from Flayer, the Dreamwalker set isn’t really worth using for an endgame build. And even then, you can simply spec into Flayer with Decorations and Talisman on better armor pieces. That said, the armor set is still worth crafting simply because – “fashion.”

Much like any other MMO or RPG similar to Monster Hunter, the true endgame always revolves around fashion. And what better way to celebrate the upcoming spooky season than with a set that turns you into a Headless Knight?

How To Craft the Dreamwalker Armor Set?

To craft the Dreamwalker armor set, you will need Dreamspell Tickets, Gracium, and Frozen Bone. Gracium and Frozen can be found aplenty in Iceshard Cliffs. However, for Dreamspell Tickets, you will have to complete Daily Challenges during the Dreamspell event. The best way to grind the tickets is to complete any of the new Event Quests (including the Arch-tempered Nu Udra quest). Additionally, you will get one ticket as a login bonus every day until November 12, 2025.
