Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto took to YouTube to announce that they had heard the community loud and clear. The Open Beta 2 phase of Monster Hunter Wilds will take place in two slots, both in February 2025. Apart from the initial content, the Open Beta 2 also sees the return of Gypceros, a fan-favorite monster from the original title.

MHW Open Beta 2 Slot 2The second phase of Monster Hunter WIlds Open Beta 2 runs from February 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM PT to February 16, 2025, at 6:59 PM PT. There are no more slots available after this, and it is unlikely that there will be any additional ones. The game releases globally on February 28, 2025, so you will only be able to get your hands on the full game if you miss out on this slot.
