The Wudwud are one of the more fascinating creatures found in Monster Hunter Wilds. Small in size yet bearing sharp teeth, the Wudwud is a Lynian tribe that resides within the Scarlet Forest region of the game. You first find this peculiar group of people in the “Forest Findings” main story quest in Chapter 1-3 of the game. If you remember, they invaded your campsite during this quest, leading you to their chief and then the Congalala.
Once you’re done dealing with the Wudwud’s requests, they hand your campsite back over and turn into your allies. You can then talk to these NPCs and trade items with them, ensuring you’re always stocked up with top-tier items and goods. But to do so, you have to meet them at the Wudwud Bonfire in the Scarlet Forest. The Scarlet Forest is vast, and finding this campsite later on can be a bit of a struggle. Where To Find the Wudwud Bonfire
The Wudwud Bonfire is located in the Scarlet Forest area 14. You will have free rein to explore this area once you’re done with the Doshaguma in the main story. Explore this area, and you will stumble across the Wudwud campsite, where you will find NPCs with which you can trade. Talk to any of these NPCs, and you can offer them Ancient Wyvern Coins in return for valuable items.
