Street Kings is a new mode in NBA 2K26, part of The City game mode. It is a new and enhanced version of the popular streetball court, part of NBA 2K25. The Streetball court was spread out across The City, where you would have to travel in order to access each.
This time, however, Street King will all be condensed within one single location, embedded with whole new features. You can choose to either play this mode solo or join forces with up to two strangers and friends, where you will challenge tough bosses.

Street Kings Overview in NBA 2K26

This new approach with an all-in-one location helps boats create a more effective community-style theme. When beginning the Street King mode, you will enter this welcoming collegiate-style building with a mixture of Roman architectural features. You will find adjoining courts on either side of the complex.
This mode is the perfect way to help level up your MyPlayer progression. Through this, you will also be able to fast-track through the 40 levels of rewards. Within this mode, you will be facing CPU bosses in open challenges, allowing you to test your skills against skilled AI bots.
To increase your chances of faring well against the bosses, you could try out some of the tips below.
- Upgrade your badges to try to get the right skills added to your build.
- Try out different animations and add them to your MyPlayer. For this, you will have to ensure that either you adjust your player to match the requirements or pick an animation that best goes with your build.
