Nothing has had many exciting smartphone launches in the last few years. Founded by Carl Pei, who was previously associated with OnePlus, the brand has come a long way since the original launch of the first Nothing Phone, which was the first to feature Glyph lights.

So far, Nothing has launched eight different smartphones. This includes the CMF Phone 1 and Phone 2 Pro, along with various Nothing Phone releases. Now, the company is gearing up to launch the latest Nothing Phone 3. Let’s check out what we know. By the way, the smartphone is typically abbreviated as “Nothing Phone (3).”

Nothing Phone 3: Design & Features

The design of the Nothing Phone 3 was leaked recently (Source: @MaxJmB on X), and it showcases a unique-looking smartphone with a design language similar to previous Nothing Phone models. So, Nothing Phone 3 is expected to get rid of the Glyph lights. This was an iconic feature of its previous smartphone releases, but now the brand does not want to implement it for the latest Nothing Phone (3) model.

Why so? Well, it appears that Nothing has planned for an exciting upgrade here. Nothing Phone (3) will have a brand-new feature integrated into the design that will enhance its capabilities compared to what was previously possible with Glyph lights. Reportedly, a dot matrix-style display could be used on the upcoming smartphone. However, the leaked design does not showcase this. It will be very interesting to see how the Nothing company implements this new rumored feature.

This was teased in the release date reveal as well, where Nothing showed a bunch of white squares forming interesting figures. Speaking of other features, the smartphone is expected to pack a 120Hz OLED display with 50MP camera sensors and support for wireless charging. The Snapdragon 8 Elite is expected to be present on the new Nothing Phone (3) flagship. It will compete against the best smartphones of today from leading brands like Samsung and Apple.

Nothing Phone 3: Release Date & Price

Nothing has been eagerly teasing the launch of Nothing Phone 3 for quite a while now. Finally, the brand has announced the release date of its new smartphone. As per the latest X (formerly Twitter) post by the company, the launch date for the Nothing Phone (3) is July 1, 2025. The launch time will be 10 AM in Los Angeles. It is confirmed that Nothing Phone 3 will also be launched in the USA.

The price of the Nothing Phone (3) will be higher than many expected. With many flagship features planned, this price increase was bound to happen. Reportedly, Nothing Phone (3) will cost $799 for its 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant. Another variant is expected to be available, costing $899, with higher 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage.
