To begin the process, head to Arcane University. Once there, activate the Alter of Enchantment to customize a ring with the Drain Health enchantment. You should give a unique name for easy identification in the future.
Make a Custom Spell
The next step to enjoy infinite health in Oblivion Remastered is to create a specific spell with the help of other spells. You will need the following spells:
- Fortify Health
- Fortify Attribute (Endurance)
- Drain Health
- Frost Damage
- Restore Health
Once you have all these spells, set them in the same order with the following settings:

Recharging HP
